About Ms. Magdalena Cuddeback

Magdalena Cuddeback is from rural Virginia where she and her 5 siblings grew up on their family farm. After 12 years of homeschooling, Miss Cuddeback studied the liberal arts at Christendom College and received her degree in Philosophy. She first started teaching in the Montessori classrooms at  Divinum Auxillium Academy and then moved out to Phoelix to teach at Great Hearts.

Miss Cuddeback now teaches Latin and Philosophy of Beauty. She has a great love of music, which began at a young age as she studied violin and participated in numerous choirs. Miss Cuddeback had the opportunity to study the great masters of art in Italy for a semester which awoke her passion for art and architecture.

In her free time, Miss Cuddeback enjoys traveling the world but when that is not possible loves camping and hiking as well as singing with friends and reading. One of her favorite books is Evelyn Waugh's Brideshead Revisited.
